This project required more than a simple landscape upgrade. Our team completed a full property rebuild, including curved retaining wall construction, site grading, irrigation, sod installation, cedar fencing and walkway improvements. With the complexity of the sloped corner lot and curved wall layout, careful planning and precise execution were essential to deliver a clean, durable and highly functional finished result.

We started by excavating and grading the property to get the site ready for the new retaining wall and landscaping.
RETAINING WALL CONSTRUCTION
We built the curved retaining wall and steps to work with the slope and create more usable space.
SOD, FENCING & FINAL FINISH
We finished the property with new irrigation, sod, cedar fencing and the remaining landscape work.
